The first round of the NFL draft came and went, but it did not disappoint in sheer excitement. The television ratings don’t lie as America spoke and sealed the deal for the NFL as the most dominant sporting league in the world. The question is, can the NFL draft replicate its excitement with the second round tonight?
The big names that have fallen to the second round include Derek Carr, Marqise Lee, Louis Nix III among many more, but where do they land? The Texans have the first pick at No. 33 and rumors are that they are looking to trade that pick to someone looking to claim one of the big names.
Also look out for the status of backup quarterbacks and trade targets Kirk Cousins and Ryan Mallett as the rumor mill spins. The Browns and Raiders are the two teams that keep coming up in conversation for the pick, but in a few hours we will see who makes the move.
