Following the accusations, Clay filed for divorce from wife Gina D'Agostini after he broke the allegations on Twitter. It appeared that the couple may be getting back together after posting some pictures of themselves, but according to TMZ, that is not the case.

Instead Clay and D'Agostini apparently remained estranged, and now Clay has been arrested for allegedly brutalizing her. The former Oklahoma back was arrested on January 27th after Gina told the police that he kicked in her door and started beating her.

The police report shows that Gina claims that Clay threw her on the counter, dragged her down the stairs, dragged her through the bushes, and then began to choke her. Then he allegedly brought her back into the house and "began punching and throwing her around the residence."

When the cops arrived, they noticed that Gina's right leg was bleeding and had several cuts. Then they tracked down Clay -who was hiding in a nearby alley - and arrested him after inflicting the wounds on her.

Murray vehemently denied ever sleeping with Clay's wife, and Clay eventually took back his accusations and apologized on Twitter. Murray has since gotten engaged to the mother of his child. As for Clay, he has not commented on his arrest.
