Tom Brady has seen better days.
Still fighting with the NFL over his punishment for his role in Deflategate, the New England Patriots quarterback now could be facing an even more disruptive personal life.

OK Magazine is reporting that the marriage between Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen could on shaky ground after the supermodel stormed out of their home following a fight they had on his birthday Aug. 3.
"As soon as they got home, things really came to a head," a source told OK Magazine. "They started bickering and it turned into a fight where they each dredged up every issue with the other that they'd been suppressing."

The source added that tension in the marriage has been evident for an extended period of time.
"Things between Tom and Gisele have been strained for a long time," their insider claims. "Gisele is ramping up the social media activity because her marriage is breaking down. Things have never been this bad. Gisele told Tom that if he didn't make more of an effort, she might go back to Brazil for a few months to think about the future."
The couple's only communication has been through angry texts, OK reported.
Hollywoodlife.com, using OK as a source, reported that Brady and Bundchen are at odds over how to raise their kids, Benjamin Rein, 5, and Vivian Lake, 2. According to the report, Bundchen insists that the family follow a gluten-free diet.
"She even makes Tom cook the children's meals when she's not home, despite the fact that they have a full-time staff standing by to do that," a source said. "She doesn't trust them to feed the kids, so Tom is cooking and cleaning. It's crazy!
"One time, he gave them candy bars without asking her first, and she acted like he'd fed them poison."
Brady also was involved in a story in which the nanny of Ben Affleck was photographed wearing all four of Brady's Super Bowl rings as the three were on their way to Las Vegas. Affleck has been accused of having an affair on estranged wife Jennifer Garner with their nanny.
