Seattle had reached the Super Bowl in each of the previous two seasons, beating the Broncos to conclude the 2013-14 season and then falling to the Patriots last year.
Wilson completed 31 of his 48 passing attempts for 366 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions. The Seahawks got off to a slow start, falling behind 31-0 at halftime before their comeback bid fell short.

While it's rough news for the Seahawks and Wilson, on the positive side, Ciara will now get to spend more time with the love of her life. Things seem to be going well for the happy couple.
The celebrity pair has been dating since last April and engagement rumors have popped up all around them. Thus far, Wilson hasn't popped the question, but it could be coming soon now that the season is over.
One thing that's clear based on Ciara's post is that even though Wilson is bummed about the loss, the offseason will be very kind to him as long as Ciara is around.
