Another brand new product is in the works again for Samsung. The said product is rumored to revolutionize an ordinary PC and bring it to the next level. It is under the name of Galaxy S8 but with a different kind of trademark: the "Samsung Dex".
Samsung is one of the famous multinational company in the world today. From once a trading company, they expanded their area to textiles, insurance, and retail. And now, they are one of the leading company in terms of electronics and telecommunication manufactured goods most especially in mobile phones and semiconductor.
Just like their products, they evolve and got innovated which is the reason for big-time success. Now, recent reports are saying that the South Korean tech giant will offer a new advanced invention that will surely make their loyal consumers and tech wiz something to be excited about.
According to SlashGear, Samsung filed a patent name called "Samsung Dex" at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) according to sources in the agency. The move seems to be hinting that they are going to surprise competitors with a new innovative product.
The gadget allegedly looks like a dock that will give the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8 a desktop-like appearance just like a regular computer as per stated in the report. It was also believed that idea is just similar to the Motorola Lapdock that unfortunately never succeeded.
TrustedReviews also reported that the new attribute is also called Continuum feature, which is set to be Windows 10 Mobile Phones' secret weapon. It was also leaked that the Galaxy S8 will sports an "Infinity Display" that will cover the whole device.
However, Samsung earlier stated that they will not showcase the Galaxy S8 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 next month and will postpone it until April. Which means that everything is still floating and have to wait for the coming months if everything will fall into place.
