How did Michael Rubin assemble one of the most-star studded parties in his backyard?

Rubin is the CEO of Fanatics, Inc., the world's largest provider of sports merchandise, and he has a real-time net worth of $11.4 billion, according to Forbes.

The 50-year-old businessman was a minority owner of the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers in 2011 and the NHL's New Jersey Devils in 2013. He sold both stakes in 2022 due to a conflict of interest in his growing sports merchandise company.
