"There's so much parity in the conference, you look at the standings and it's really tight. I believe it will be like that until the end of the year," coach Michel Therrien said via NHL.com. "They're all big games. For sure, we need consistency in the way we play."

The Maple Leafs picked up a 4-3 win over the Buffalo Sabres on Wednesday that gave them their third win in a row.

Head coach Randy Carlyle praised the play of Tyler Bozak (9-13-22), who has been playing on the team's top line since returning from injury.

"Tyler right now is our best fit [on that line]," Carlyle said per NHL.com. "He's played very well since he's been back. He's had a couple of speed bumps, but all in all he's been a go-to guy for us."
