CHELSEA vs WEST HAM UNITED Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Barclays Premier League Live Coverage from Stamford Bridge England

Today at 2:45 p.m. ET, Chelsea and West Ham go head-to-head in Barclays Premiere League live from Stamford Bridge in England. The game can be live streamed here.

Jose Mourinho believes that despite the fact that his team has won seven straight games and trail championship favorites Manchester United by just one point, his Chelsea team is just a year off from winning the Barclays Premier League hardware.

"Our main objective for this season is to build a team, the best way to build a team is to be competing for things," said Mourinho, speaking ahead of Wednesday's match with West Ham, according to ESPN. "Everything is coming to us. I can imagine - more than imagine, believe, really - that next season we are going to have a really strong team, starting from day one with everybody."

ESPN reports that Mourinho had champagne at his pre-game press conference.

"We have to drink champagne because we are improving," Mourinho added via ESPN. "I think we are improving a lot: the team, the players, so the prospectives of champagne in the future are good. I think we are going into a good direction."

Mourinho refuses to look past his opponents and to a matchup with Manchester United on Monday.

"If in this moment we see our team is the same or even worse than it was in September, that's a big problem," Mourinho said via ESPN. "If we see that players like [Eden] Hazard, Oscar, Willian and [Cesar] Azpilicueta, these young people, they are not better now than they were six months ago, that's a big problem."
