Using Joe Lunardi’s projected bracket for the NCAA basketball tournament the number one seeds would be Villanova, Wichita State, Arizona and Florida. With Lunardi being almost 100% on his tournament predictions we can look and see which top seed is on upset alert before he Sweet 16.
