Chicago Bears draft needs: Rebuilding sketchy defense top priority, defensive line overhaul not complete? [VIDEO]

Here at Sports World News we will count down each NFL team's 2014 draft needs and perfect fits. At the end of every team we will make a pick on who the team could take at their position.

Sports World News NFL Mock Draft 6.0

2013 Review: The Bears had a season they have never had in the franchises' history. They had the choice between two quarterbacks to run their great offense, while their defense was completely ineffective. Every Bears team has been the opposite since the dawn of time, but that all changed this offseason. The Bears got some bite back in that defense with the signing of LaMarr Houston, Willie Young and Jared Allen, but the secondary still has work that needs done.

Needs:
Safety:
If Chicago has forgotten how bad their safety play was this season, they can go back and watch that win or go home game against the Packers Week 17. Ryan Mundy is a good start, but more upgrades are needed in this thin safety class.

Cornerback: This could still be considered two cornerbacks since Charles Tillman wasn’t all that effective last season and he is back on a one year deal. The Bears could grab a corner later in the draft and start to develop him into the next guy in the secondary.

Defensive Tackle: The Bears are in love with Aaron Donald from Pittsburgh and I have mocked the Bears to trade up for him on multiple occasions. Donald would give the Bears possibly the best defensive line in the league and if they can get their hands on him they should jump at the opportunity.

Targets: Aaron Donald, DT, Pittsburgh
Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, S, Alabama
Darqueze Dennard, CB, Michigan State
Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State

Best First Round Fit: Aaron Donald, DT, Pittsburgh
The Bears love Donald and he would fit their scheme perfectly. If the Bears can make a deal to end up with Donald they have to pull the trigger. Donald is a dominate defensive tackle and picked on the competition in college. With the experience of the rest of the defensive line, Donald should not only learn, but excel being the under the radar guy on a potentially dominant line.
