The WWE hasn't made it clear whether or not the loser of the John Cena vs. Dean Ambrose match will face Randy Orton later that night at Hell in a Cell, but it appears as though the WWE is leaning that way while the Cena vs. Ambrose match may have its own stipulation.

The WWE announced that Cena will take on Ambrose at Hell in a Cell on Oct. 26 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas with the winner going on to face Rollins in a cell match later that night.
There has been speculation that the loser of the match may meet Orton inside the cell and new evidence suggests that it may in fact be the case.

Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that a new promotional ad in Dallas features a line that makes it seem as though there will in fact be two cell matches at the show.
"Come see either John Cena or Dean Ambrose take on either Seth Rollins or Randy Orton in one of two Hell in a Cell matches," the ad says, according to the site.
With that news, it appears as though the Cena and Ambrose match will lead to two Hell in a Cell matches in a double main event with the winner taking on Rollins and the loser battling Orton.
Regarding the match between Cena and Ambrose, according to Wrestlingheadlines.com, The Miz announced during Tuesday night's SmackDown tapings that their bout will be a Contract on a Pole match.
Per the report, Cena and Ambrose were guests on MizTV Tuesday night for the special 15th anniversary edition of SmackDown that is set to air this Friday night and during the segment, Miz revealed that the stipulation of the match to be a Contract on a Pole bout.
it is possible that The Miz wasn't being serious, but it is conceivable that the WWE will put that stipulation in so that Cena and Ambrose don't have to be pinned in order to lose the contest.
WWE Hell in a Cell takes place live from the American Airlines Center in Dallas on Sunday, Oct. 26.
