Lamar Odom was officially released from the Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles earlier in the week and the former NBA cager was recently spotted for the first time.
Odom was seen being driven around by his aunt (JaNean Mercer) as he was being transferred to a private facility, according to ET.

Odom's estranged wife Khloe Kardashian apparently made the arrangements secretly. The reality star moved Odom to the private rehab facility near the Kardashian home and to purposely avoid the limelight as the fallen former star starts his journey to a possible normal life.
The transfer is seen as a positive development for Odom, though the full state of his health remains broad.

Notable improvements for Odom include that of being able to walk independently without the aid of a walker, though he was last reported as having problems recognizing family and close friends. He was also reported by TMZ as having issues with communication and mobility, reports which came way back in November.
Though doctors say that Odom’s progress is already miraculous in itself, regaining his normal life may be an uphill climb.
Regardless, Kardashian says that she will go through the long journey with Lamar and proof of that comes with placing him in a facility near their home.
Worth noting though. is that the "Keping Up with the Kardashians" star is still seeing Rockets guard James Harden, despite the fact that the two haven’t been seen together.
The 31-year-old reality star explains though that because Harden is on the road playing ball, the Houston guard is still a priority and flies out to see him when possible.
“It's all about 'making the effort' and 'juggling time,'” Kardashian said via the Daily Mail.
