There have been major changes on the undercard line-up for the highly-anticipated Errol Spence vs. Terence Crawford fight, with a prominent name entering the card.

Filipino boxer Nonito Donaire will have a shot to become a world champion again at 40, as he will face Alexandro Santiago for the vacant WBC bantamweight title.

The two were supposed to face this weekend, but it has now been bumped off for another two weeks to make up for two cancellations in the undercard.

Heavyweight Viktor Faust and junior middleweight Jesus Ramos pulled out from their respective bouts due to injuries.

Ramos' foe Sergio Garcia will remain on the card to face a less-experienced boxer in 23-year-old Cuban Yoenis Tellez.

The Donaire-Santiago fight was put in to replace Faust's heavyweight bout against Gurgen "Big Gug" Hovhannisyan, saving the card.

Errol Spence Jr. calls bout a proper fight

Spence called his upcoming fight against Crawford a "proper fight" since they did not have to do crazy antics such as talking trash and pushing each other during promotions to help gain publicity.

The 33-year-old noted the mutual respect between the two, as well as setting a good example for their children.

Both fighters are putting their undefeated slate on the line in the most-hyped boxing match in years. Spence has a 28-0 record, while the 35-year-old Crawford is 39-0.
