Mock Draft 4.0 Part Three: Manziel finally finds a home? Patriots, Texans trade; Texans take the fifth 1st round QB? [VIDEO]

Sports World News’ official mock draft starts today with the 2014 NFL Draft 41 days away in Radio City Music Hall. We will be updating the mock draft every Friday and will be in three parts. Part one will be 1-10, part two will be 11-20 and part three will be 21-32. Heres part three:

Sports World News NFL Mock Draft 4.0: Part One

Sports World News NFL Mock Draft 4.0: Part Two

21. Green Bay Packers: C.J. Mosley , OLB, Alabama
Mosley gets a little bump up the rankings this week due to the Packers need. Mosley was rumored to be falling out of the first round and still could, but if it is between Mosley and Ryan Shazier for this pick the Alabama project has the edge.

22. Philadelphia Eagles: Calvin Pryor, S, Louisville
Eagles luck out that the scouts are cooling on this safety class and one of the top two are likely to slide to them. Pryor is a bruiser and run stopped, but has show flashes in the coverage game. He is young and will develop his trade further and the Eagles find a viable option at safety.

23. Kansas City Chiefs: David Yankey, G/OT, Stanford
A newcomer to the first round, Yankey has all the versatility the Chiefs will need to be a first round pick. They lost Branden Albert to the Dolphins and Eric Fisher will be moving over to LT so the Chiefs need some offensive line depth and Yankey provides a starter with the option of changing position.

 24. Cincinnati Bengals: Darqueze Dennard, CB, Michigan State
The Bengals get one of the better corners and don’t have to settle for one that is still on the board. Dennard will bring a youth rush to the Bengals corner position and if I know the Cincinnati CB group, Dennard will see a lot of playing time.

25. San Diego Chargers: Jason Verrett, CB, TCU

The Chargers get some corner help considering they have nothing there as it stands. Verrett would become the team's best corner overnight and would be the first of multiple defensive players San Diego take in the draft.

 26. Cleveland Browns (via Colts): Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
Shocked? Don’t be. Manziel is such a rare case that he can go anywhere from No. 2 to out of the first round. Every year the QB’s take a stumble the closer we get to the draft so why not the powerful Johnny Football? The Browns get their QB and sell some tickets, but will he pan out? He has all the weapons so no excuse.

27. New Orleans Saints: Marqise Lee, WR, USC
The Saints need to get a receiver across from Marques Colston. Jimmy Graham and Colston cant do it themselves and Drew Brees wont be around forever. The Saints can sacrifice the defensive upgrades for a true need and bolster the offense in the process.

28. Carolina Panthers: Odell Beckham, WR, LSU
The Panthers got crushed at WR more than anyone at any position in recent memory and the position wasn't great before that. Beckham wakes up after being picked the best receiver in Carolina. He is a DeSean Jackson deep threat and speedster that can also get the hard yards. His skill set fits the Panthers very well.

29. TRADE Houston Texans (via Patriots): Zach Mettenberger, QB, LSU
Another crazy move? Maybe, but Mettenberger grades out as a second round pick even after his torn ACL. The Texans can use Ryan Fitzpatrick until Mettenberger is ready to return. Bill O’Brien said the Texans could take two QBs in the draft so this is his first.

30. San Francisco 49ers: Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State
Benjamin fills a need in the 49ers that they could still fill in free agency. In that scenario they would go corner, but until they sign a WR they can use the skills of Benjamin who would be the heir to Anquan Boldin.

31. Denver Broncos: Ryan Shazier, LB, Ohio State
Shazier is a nice piece to a team loaded with leaders and veterans. He can sit back and play his game while others teach him the ways and he gains expereince. Shazier has the speed to run down these players and deliver a hit in the process. Very good technique and delivers at the point of attack.

32. Seattle Seahawks: Dee Ford, DE, Auburn
Ford is a projected second round talent, but officials around the league think someone will take a chance on him in the first. Ford had an incredible Senior Bowl and combine and is the annual player that shoots up out of irrelevancy. This is a luxury pick for the Seahawks who will probably lose Cliff Avril next season.
