Carmelo Anthony is having one of the worst years of his life both professionally and personally. He was thrown under the bus by the New York Knicks and team president Phil Jackson. Now, he appears to be heading to a messy divorce with wife La La, who reportedly found that Anthony got a stripper pregnant.
According to TMZ Sports, Carmelo and La La Anthony are living separately because the Knicks superstar was messing around with a stripper from a gentleman's club in New York City. Not only was Anthony fooling around with the stripper, he reportedly got her pregnant.
The report noted that the stripper allegedly named Mia is six and a half months pregnant with Anthony's child. The stripper was the straw that broke the camel's back in the relationship between Carmelo and La La since it's not the first time the 32-year-old was rumored to be cheating.
In an exclusive report by Page Six, Carmelo Anthony reportedly hooked up with plenty of women during his seven-year marriage with La La. The cheating happens while Anthony was on the road and he even has a tagline for his actions, "La La is married, I'm not."
A representative for Carmelo Anthony denied the claims by the stripper, who is demanding money for medical expenses. The rep, however, seems to have confirmed that Anthony cheated but he did not get the stripper pregnant.
Page Six also noted that even though Carmelo and La La are living apart and there could be no more reconciliation, some sources say that both parties are not going to file for divorce. The two have broken up in the past and they even got separated three years ago.
Carmelo Anthony has been in a relationship with La La for more than a decade. They became engaged in 2004 before getting married in 2010. They have a son, Kiyan Carmelo Anthony, who was born in 2007 and one of the remaining bright spots in the ten-time All-Star's life.
