It is high time for Buddy Hield to look for another home where his full potential could be utilized at the highest level.

Earlier this off-season, the Golden State Warriors lost a precious gem in the place of shooting maestro Klay Thompson, who suffered a torn Achilles tendon during his workout in South California. While he is expected to recover after a successful surgery last month, he has, however, been ruled out for the whole 2020-2021 season that will start on December 22.

The opening of the off-season for the Golden State Warriors already has an unforeseen dilemma. With Stephen Curry back to the formation, Draymond Green is now ready to go all-out after only playing 43 games last season. Andrew Wiggins will be the wingman in the lineup, and No. 2 pick James Wiseman is expected to dominate the rookie ladder at the center position. But who will fill the void for the shooting guard spot?

The recent acquisition of Kelly Oubre Jr. from Oklahoma City Thunder is likely the answer. But how sure are the Golden State Warriors that they can rely on the 24-year-old guard? If it does not work with the system, Buddy Hield might be the key to lock the Warriors' contention to playoffs this 2021 NBA Season.

In a report by SB Nation, Sacramento Kings coach Luke Walton said that the starting spot could not be easily handed to Buddy Hield. When Bogdan Bogdanovic returned in the starting five in January, Buddy Hield knew that he needed to exert double effort to come back as a starter.

Walton answered that the lineup was temporary. It did not happen, however, as Buddy Hield became a bench warmer in the remaining games. It came at a time when Buddy Hield was not picking up calls from his coach in the off-season, Jason Jones of the Athletic said.

It brought out rumors that Buddy Hield felt he was at an undeserving place with the Kings. He was growing disappointed in his expected role even after winning the 2020 NBA 3-Point Contest

His rating in the NBA2k21 had also become a succulent topic to the fans after he was not included in the top ten highest three-point ratings. His tweet had shocked fans.

There is a one trade scenario that can happen between the Sacramento Kings and the Golden State Warriors. With Buddy Hield on the bench, he could utilize his full potential if he will be moved to the starting five of the Golden State Warriors. Harrison Barnes could be added to the trade block, and he will return to the Golden State Warriors' roster.

As for the Sacramento Kings, they could acquire Kelly Oubre Jr. and Andrew Wiggins. In all honesty, this trade could be perfect, with both teams benefitting from it.

If that happens, Buddy Hield will be the perfect perimeter shooter to replace the injured Klay in the meantime. He will be fit for the Golden State Warrior's fast play. Harrison Barnes can contribute to the Warrior's defense and be a go-to guy if he will ever start on the bench for a much-needed depth.

The Sacramento Kings, meanwhile, could rely on Andrew Wiggins and Kelly Oubre Jr. as part of the rebuilding process. The Kings always have the chance to compete but never had the chance to join the playoffs. Oubre and Wiggins could become the vital players who could be built around De'Aaron Fox. With the remaining players completing the young core, the addition of Hassan Whiteside, Glenn Robinson, Cory Joseph, Frank Kaminsky, and Jabari Parker will boost the firepower of the Kings to become playoffs contenders. The Kings' last appearance in the playoffs was more than a decade ago, back in 2006.

At any time, the Sacramento Kings could join the blockbuster trades and strange signings. Let us wait until December 11 if Buddy Hield could be given such an opportunity.

The Bahamian guard could now show his cold-blooded shooting fearlessly, and he will never again be overshadowed on the bench for the team that is worth his talent.
