Action is taken a notch higher as the NFL Playoffs 2021 kicks off this month. January is set on fire as 14 teams vie for the most fancied Super Bowl title to be staged in February.

The playoff teams-- Super Bowl LIV champions Kansas City Chiefs, Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens, Washington Football Team, Los Angeles Rams, Chicago Bears, Buffalo Bills, New Orleans Saints, Tennessee Titans, Indianapolis Colts, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns, and Green Bay Packers are now ready to take flight.

According to the Bleacher Report, the NFL Playoffs will include seven teams from the NFC and AFC. The addition of the three wild card teams will make the NFL Playoffs more interesting.

Following NFL's sudden change, only one team from their respective conferences will secure a bye in the first round, compared to the previous rule of having two teams.

Let's now know who won the wildcard games and the schedule for the NFL Playoffs 2021, where and when to watch, and many more.

Schedules for the 2021 NFL Playoffs

Super Wildcard Weekend Results: January 9 (Saturday)

No. 2 Buffalo Bills defeated No. 7 Indianapolis Colts, 27-24

Bills quarterback Josh Allen was all over the Colts after carrying Buffalo in 26 over 35 pass-completion for 324 yards. The 24-year-old quarterback recorded two touchdowns and zero interceptions. He was also the team's leader in rushing yards.

In a report by Sporting News, Allen boasted his throwing ability after his wrist-flick pass to Stefon Diggs. Next, Gabriel Davis rushed to catch a bullet pass from Allen, and lastly, Dawson Knox rolled en route to a touchdown pass. This was the Bills' first playoff appearance since 1995.

No. 5 Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat Washington Football Team, 31-23

The main man of the show, Tom Brady, exploited Taylor Heinicke and Washington to cap a wildcard win. Brady tallied 22 passes out of 40 for 381 yards.

Antonio Brown and Chris Goodwin shared touchdowns on reception. Leonard Fournette scored a rushing touchdown. Meanwhile, Taylor Heinicke accomplished 26 of 44 passes in 306 yards, paired with a touchdown and an interception.

No. 6 Los Angeles Rams rip No. 3 Seattle Seahawks, 30-20

For this wildcard win, the Rams overthrew the Seahawks despite playing in a sea of injuries. While the majority was rooting for the Seahawks to advance in the divisional round, the Rams pulled an unexpected defense to block Russell Wilson from scoring.

Wilson was sacked five times as per ESPN, while rookie Cam Akers impressed the Seahawks through a touchdown and 131-yarder rush. John Wolford, Jared Goff, and Aaron Donald were the injured Rams during the play. Goff ran for 155 yards and a touchdown for the win.

No. 5 Baltimore Ravens sizzle No. 4 Tennessee Titans, 20-13

After the Ravens' wildcard win against the Titans, a resounding controversy made it more enticing for a duel. Lamar Jackson completed a 136-yarder rush and a 179-yarder throw to go with a touchdown at 48 yards. The Ravens ignited a 10-point run to snap the Titans' hope for playoff contention.

Jackson was sacked five times, but he rattled to a 100-yarder rush in front of the Titans' defenders. Earlier, the Titans led by 10 points with wide receiver AJ Brown catching a 10-yard touchdown pass from Ryan Tannehill. After the game, Jackson did not shake hands as his teammates ran to the Titans' logo and danced for celebration.

No. 2 New Orleans Saints crush No.7 Chicago Bears, 21-9

It took a while for Michael Thomas to catch his first touchdown of the season from an 11-yarder pass from Drew Brees. Thomas handed the Saints a 7-0 lead in the first quarter as Alvin Kamara jumped for a 21-2 advantage.

Brees notched 265 passing yards, and two touchdown passes for the Saints. He is now looking forward to arranging a match against Tom Brady and the Bucs, whom they beat twice this season. Bears' Michael Trubisky won the Nickelodeon Valuable Player after completing 19 passes out of 29 for 199 yards and a touchdown.

No. 6 Cleveland Browns whip No. 3 Pittsburgh Steelers, 48-37

No one expected how the Browns managed to handle the Steelers in the wildcard round. Came Sunday, Nick Chubb nurtured Cleveland's 19-point lead in the final quarter through a touchdown from Baker Mayfield's screen pass. Mayfield completed 263 passes and three touchdowns.

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger sailed to four touchdowns and four interceptions, and 501 passing yards. Despite trailing 13-0 in the third quarter, the Browns started with a convincing 28-0 in the first quarter.
