British star Emma Raducanu could soon grace the court as her latest update showed her engaging in a light match.

Raducanu came off a successful surgery on multiple injuries that kept her out since May of this year.

Her ankle and wrist injuries forced her to withdraw from April's Madrid Open before the first round started.

Now she's back in court and updated her fans on X and Instagram.

"August 2nd, 1ST time back on court, and now to build," Emma wrote.

In the video, she is seen doing light work with another male player, catching balls through small movements.

The British turned heads as the 18-year-old who won the 2021 US Open but has yet to win another title since then.

She missed this year's French Open and Wimbledon Open to undergo surgery. She is not expected to recover in time for the US Open.

People are excited for her

Instagram and X users congratulated her on the latest in her recovery.

Tournaments also can't wait for her to return, like the MGM Macau Tennis Masters, who wants her to join the competition in December, as she will greatly boost the country's sports tourism.

Tennis legend Billy Jean is also pulling for Raducanu to get better, recalling their moment together at the US Open.

"I hope she gets over injuries and comes back and really does well in tennis and particularly in the US Open because she's won that one now, and the way she won it is still amazing, so I hope she keeps playing," she said.
