Deshaun Watson vowed an explosive season ahead for the Cleveland Browns. After two games this NFL season, that has hardly shown.

Regardless, there is time to spare, and the three-time Pro Bowler knows it. The Browns are still in a phase where they need to figure out their offense.

"For myself, it's being on the same page with everybody else," Watson started. "So just being able to just continue to grow and learn, and that's the biggest thing for me. And that's the part of this game. It's the NFL. Every week is different. Every week is a new challenge, and you have to continue to grow and continue to get better," he added in a Cleveland Browns transcript via DawgsByNature.

So far this season, Watson has completed just 55 percent of his passes and an interception in the first two games. He has also been sacked nine times, lost two of his three fumbles, ranks 30th in Total QBR (29.3), and is last in the entire league in passing EPA (-1.7), per ESPN.

There are a lot of expectations on Watson, who has been receiving heavy criticism thus far. The Browns QB is aware of it but knows it is part of the game. He says he doesn't take it personally and intends to focus on playing football, per Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.

New round of adjustments coming

With Nick Chubb suffering a season-ending injury, the Browns have re-signed Kareem Hunt to patch up their backfield, ESPN reported.

Hunt says he is ready to play and is expected to partner with Jerome Ford. Although the 28-year-old is familiar with Cleveland Browns football, he too is expected to feel his way under the watch of head coach Kevin Stefanski.

The Browns will face the Tennessee Titans in Week 3 on Sunday, September 24. Cleveland is favored to prevail per BegMGM NFL Odds.
