However, the 28-year-old picked up a severe dislocated finger and multiple torn ligaments during the team's Week 5 victory against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, October 8, which resulted in a 17-10 win at home in the Acrisure Stadium.

Despite the painful setback, Watt finished the game with two sacks.

The five-time Pro Bowl selection's 2022 season was previously marred by injury, seeing action in only 10 games due to a torn pectoral muscle and knee surgery, recording a career-low 5.5 sacks and eight tackles for loss.
