AEW is celebrating a milestone this week as it airs the 300th edition of its flagship program, Dynamite. Since launching in 2019, AEW has become one of professional wrestling's most powerful promotions, and President Tony Khan attributed the key to its success as simple: listening to the fans.

Khan took a seat to discuss the ride so far, mere hours before the 300th episode aired on TBS. He made a point to stress that the fans aren't simply spectators but engaged as co-creators of AEW's path.

When TMZ Sports asked how much fans influence AEW's content, Khan replied openly: "The fans are a huge, major influence on me personally and on AEW."

Khan went on to say that fan feedback, both good and constructive, directly influences creative decisions and match development. He said that even if it's criticism, the fans helped them improve their product, and that's what counts.

Khan also mentioned that 2025 has been the most popular year for AEW in terms of fan opinion. For four years, it's the most positive thing that happened on the platform. With every feedback, they experienced viewership growth for consecutive years.

Sting's Arrival One of Khan's Top AEW Moments

Looking back at AEW's greatest moments, Khan mentioned the storied debut of Sting as one of the most heart-wrenching moments. The 42-year-old President said that Sting is one of his all-time wrestling greats.

Khan also remembered Sting and Darby Allin's emotional victory for the AEW World Tag Team Championships in Phoenix, before Sting's retirement bout. He touted this as the "greatest sendoff possible."

These moments, according to Khan, aren't just great television. For him, this is proof of AEW's commitment to storytelling, respect for legends, and delivering emotionally charged experiences to fans.

While Khan didn't spill all the details, he hinted that AEW is just getting started. After reaching a major milestone with 300 episodes, Khan assured fans that they are now slowing down.

AEW will return to Wembley Stadium next year.
