Aaron Hernandez Surgery: Pats' Tight End Expected To Be Ready For Training Camp

New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez underwent shoulder surgery earlier this offseason but is expected to be ready to participate when the team begins training camp in late July, the NFL Network reported Tuesday. A league source confirmed to ESPN that Hernandez had 'minor' surgery and is currently rehabbing in California.
