Professional wrestling legend Hulk Hogan commented on the rise of WWE's rival All Elite Wrestling (AEW) promotion.
Hogan was the most recognized wrestling star in the world during the 1980s during his time with the WWE.
During the 1990s, he switched sides to rival promotion WCW, where he was involved in the "Monday Night Wars" between WCW's Monday Nitro and WWE's Monday Night Raw.
He helped WCW take an early lead, putting WWE on the brink of bankruptcy before the McMahon-led promotion turned the tide by the end of the decade with the Attitude Era.
He eventually returned to the WWE multiple times after the Attitude Era, with stops with various wrestling promotions, including TNA.

Hogan Admits AEW Doing a Good Job
Hogan spoke with Ariel Helwani on the MMA Hour podcast, discussing the latest head-to-head battle between AEW's Double or Nothing pay-per-view and WWE showcasing future Superstars on NXT Battleground.
AEW was established in 2019 by Tony Khan alongside his billionaire sports tycoon father, Shahid Khan. It quickly became WWE's first major competition in two decades.
Hogan commented that AEW is going a good job going toe-to-toe with WWE and stated that they need more time to be more competitive, according to TJR Wrestling.
"I just think they need more seat time. They just need to be around just a little bit longer to be really, really, really competitive, where they could go head to head on Monday nights, but they're moving forward quite quickly. They're doing a great job over there," the 69-year-old said.
Hogan also bared that he regularly watches AEW.
